Soak It Up! Design Competition winners announced.  Shannon Kaplan participated on the team that won the warehouse watershed divison.  Check out the competition here.

Rob Diemer served as moderator for the SMPS New York Chapter program “Getting to Net-Zero: What’s Next in Sustainable Design & Construction” on March 6th.  The program was held at the CUNY Graduate Center in Manhattan and included panelists Brendan Owen –  USGBC, Nicholas Stolatis – TIAA-CREF, Pat Sapinsley – Build Efficiently and David Pospisal – Con Edison.

In Posse Celebrates our 4th year!

Shannon Kaplan will be co-teaching the Sustainable Design Studio at Philadelphia University for the spring 2013 semester

Rob Diemer will be co-teaching Integrated Design at the University of Pennsylvania for the spring 2013 semester

PECO Energy, an Exelon Company, announced it has achieved LEED-EB:OM Gold certification for the Baldwin, Christian Street, G & Luzerne and Plymouth Service Center buildings.  In Posse is a key member of the PECO LEED team providing engineering, energy services and commissioning services for PECO’s ten building LEED for Existing Buildings initiative.  The most recent certifications bring the total of PECO buildings certified under the initiative to nine.
