September 2013 George Trapp will be speaking at Green Build on Wednesday November 20th – session C07: Green Building Post-Mortem: What went wrong? Rob Diemer is now teaching the Environmental Systems 1 class at University of Pennsylvania’s Masters of Environmental Building Design. August 2013 Rob Diemer and Shannon Kaplan have been working with Xavier University on the Alter Hall renovation project.  This project marks the first major construction project for Xavier since they completed their Climate Action Plan for the American College and University President’s Climate Commitment (ACUPCC).  In Posse has been helping to guide the project on a path to greater sustainability. In Posse’s Shannon Kaplan worked on the winning entry for industrial site in Philadelphia’s Soak It Up! July 2013 The Cornell University Teaching Dairy Barn has been featured in Architectural Record.  In Posse staff worked as the MEP engineers for this beautiful facility.  The building is also pursuing LEED silver certification.  Check out the project in Architectural Record! PS62R – The Net Zero Energy School is under construction in Staten Island.  Check out the article about this project in GB&D!  In Posse is working as the sustainability and net zero energy consultants on this project in conjunction with our partent company – AKF Engineers – for the MEP design.
