In Posse, a subsidiary of AKF Group LLC, is an independent environmental consulting firm, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, focused exclusively on services in the energy and sustainable design sectors of the built environment for clients in a broad range of market sectors. We participate as collaborative team members with AKF professionals as well as other Engineers, Architects, Owners and Consultants. Innovative design solutions, technical skills, consistent performance and top quality service are the attributes that define In Posse and differentiate us from our competitors.

Under the direction of Rob Diemer, In Posse is focused on holistic solutions that balance the social, environmental, and economic impact of all decisions related to the built environment and that reflect the mission and values of our clients. As our name implies, we are dedicated to realizing the full potential in all project solutions we explore – how systems are integrated, how people interact with them, and how they perform over time.

In Posse is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

In Posse has volunteered to assist in green jobs training with the community development organization OARC, in Northwest Philadelphia. Please contact us if you would like to collaborate with us.
